What’s the best way to make sure my financial advice web site adhere to government rules?

I’m run a stock market financial advice website. I would like to make sure that the necessary legal notices are on my site so that my company is not liable should someone loose money and put the blame on information they found on my site. I set my company up as a LLC but i’m sure that’s not enough.
